Purchases may be paid via PayPal (or wire transfer if customer pays from bank within Euro zone). Payment method other than the ones specified will not be accepted.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be displayed on the webpage, allowing users to track the order from their computer at any moment.
An automated order confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the address indicated by the user with acknowledgement of receipt, with a description of the order and the personal details provided. Similarly, an e-mail will be sent to the user confirming that the product has been dispatched. If you do not get an e-mail from the shop, please check you Spam folder. The prices in this shop are quoted in EUR. As a small business we are not required to pay VAT so all prices indicated are final and include 0% VAT.
All the items are generally sent within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped worldwide from Lithuania using registered airmail. Every customer will get a tracking number after the package has been sent.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Normal shipping times:
We are constantly striving to ensure high quality of our goods so we are sure you will get goods in best state possible. All items are carefully inspected before being packed. Nonetheless should you receive defective item we will gladly exchange it with new one if you contact us within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
In the case same product is no longer available we will gladly allow you to choose different product or will refund your purchase. We will only be able to confirm defect of products if you will send it back to use and it was not used or otherwise damaged and maintains its appearance. The refund will always be made to the same account as it was paid from.
